Barb is a contributor to The Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement, an active member of the Incentive Manufacturer & Representative Alliance, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the National Association of Professional & Executive Women.

Stacie Pinnavaia, joined Design Incentives in 2006.  Stacie came to the Incentive Industry with a diverse background, as a former Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and a former Class A PGA Golf Professional.   Stacie is actively involved with Inforum, Dale Carnegie Training, the Michigan Leadership Circle of Operation Smile and the sports of Golf and Curling.  She resides in Bloomfield Hills with her husband Tom and their dog, Molar.
